Currently managed by Claudio, Nadia, and their children, alongside a skilled staff, the pizzeria harmoniously combines traditional baking with local charcuterie, giving rise to the iconic Roman dish, 'pizza bianca ripiena.' Nearly a century later, Frontoni continues to evolve while preserving its authentic flavors, driven by the unwavering passion of the fourth generation.
