Gino Sorbillo hails from one of the oldest families of pizzaiolos in Naples, where he learned the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza from a young age. Under his stewardship, Neapolitan pizza has reached exceptional quality standards, earning its place among Italy's finest culinary treasures. In June 2016, he was recognized as a Maestro of Arts and Crafts by the International School of Italian Cuisine ALMA, the only pizzaiolo honored in this way, in the presence of the Minister of Cultural Heritage and President Mattarella. Gino's forward-looking approach includes the use of organic flours and a commitment to continuously updating his menus through ongoing research.
