Terre, the third restaurant by William Ledeuil, has been redefining pasta since 2017, focusing on unique, artisanal creations made from ancient wheat varieties like engain and Khorasan, chosen for their nutritional value and low gluten content. In collaboration with Roland Feuillas, a farmer-baker from Cucugnan, they offer six distinct pasta types that celebrate nourishment in a vibrant, artistic setting, featuring blue banquettes and terrazzo tables adorned with inspirations from the art world.
