La Cour du Faubourg is a covered passage featuring an impressive glass roof crafted by Eiffel workshops, situated in the vibrant Bastille district of Paris. Within this space, two application restaurants, the Self and the Bistrot, are operated by ESAT Bastille, providing training in the hospitality industry to 34 individuals with mental or psychological disabilities. This initiative aims to equip them with essential skills and restore their confidence for professional reintegration. The Bistrot team notably won the Cap'Handicook trophy in 2021. Open to the public Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 2 PM, reservations for the Bistrot can be made through La Fourchette.
