Established in 2018, it operates within the vibrant Ground Control space in the heart of Paris, showcasing a diverse menu crafted by a talented team of refugee chefs—including Hamelmal Shfiarew from Ethiopia, Raimot Tijani from Nigeria, Mohammad Jawad Haidari from Afghanistan, and Wangchuk Tsering from Tibet. Profits from the restaurant are reinvested into the association to support awareness initiatives and further integration activities.
