Since April 4, 2019, Paul & Jean have welcomed patrons to the historic Café de l'Horloge, established in 1889 by the original owners, Mr. and Mrs. Lasserre, who also created the iconic clock at the Barrière Saint-Genès. This year, they proudly celebrate the café's 135th anniversary. Paul offers a bistro-style menu featuring homemade dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients, while Jean serves exceptional 100% Arabica coffee brewed with a lever machine for an enhanced flavor experience.
