Description
After completing his studies at a hospitality school in Lebanon in 1986, Jean Haidar relocated to Strasbourg, France, where he established his restaurant "Le Beyrouth." Through years of dedication and passion, the restaurant gained recognition and a loyal following throughout Strasbourg. After 17 successful years, Jean, drawn by the sun and his Phoenician roots, moved to Nice, where he opened "Le Cèdre" with his son Anthony, who is also a hospitality school graduate. Together, they aim to share the rich flavors of Lebanese cuisine and their culinary expertise with a broader audience.
