In 1962, Henri Gineste de Saurs established "L'Entrecôte" in Toulouse, inspired by his father’s earlier creation, "Le Relais de Venise - Son entrecôte," in Paris. Over the years, the iconic black and yellow brand expanded to cities including Bordeaux, Nantes, Montpellier, Lyon, and Barcelona, featuring traditionally dressed waitresses within a distinctive Scottish-themed decor. Guests have consistently enjoyed a unique, unchanging formula for over 50 years: a walnut salad, a finely sliced 170-gram faux-filet paired with a secret sauce, unlimited homemade fries, and a dessert crafted by skilled pastry chefs.
