Spanning 200 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, and pastures, it prioritizes the welfare of livestock while producing high-quality meats, extra virgin olive oil, and artisanal cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta, caciocavallo, and pecorino. The on-site restaurant features seasonal dishes crafted from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Committed to sustainability and education, Oasi Kadir is also developing an educational farm to engage visitors of all ages with the principles of agriculture.
