Gino Sorbillo hails from one of the oldest families of pizzaioli in Naples, where he mastered the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza from a young age in his familyโs pizzeria. Under his leadership, Neapolitan pizza has reached exceptional quality standards, securing its place among Italy's premier culinary treasures. In June 2016, Sorbillo was recognized as a Maestro of Art and Crafts by the International School of Italian Cuisine ALMA, the only pizzaiolo to receive this honor in the presence of the Minister of Cultural Heritage and President Mattarella. Gino is now pushing the boundaries of traditional pizza by incorporating organic flours and continuously updating his menus through ongoing research.
