In 2017, he transformed the business by establishing Terrazza Menoni, a restaurant located above the butcher shop. Committed to excellence, Luca personally selects every cut of meat from local Tuscan and Emilian farms. Notably, the beef comes from premium Piemontese Scottona raised in the Mugello hills, while the hogs are free-range, sourced from the province of Arezzo. The shop also produces its own artisanal cured meats, ensuring a comprehensive farm-to-table experience.
