In 1958, Guido Bigazzi and his two brothers established I Fratellini, initially operating as a grocery, deli, and salumeria. The name was inspired by their identity as three young brothers who moved to the city from the Tuscan countryside, a moniker bestowed upon them by their loyal patrons. After the devastating flood of November 4, 1966, which left the shop in ruins, the Bigazzi family demonstrated remarkable resilience in rebuilding and revitalizing their business, expanding from a deli to include a trattoria, ensuring its continued success in the community.
